Eyad Albaw, the founder of the firm in Jordan, possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Hasan II University, Morocco, which he obtained in 1992. In 1995, he became a registered member of the Jordanian Bar Association. With a legal practice spanning over three decades, Eyad specializes in litigation and oversees the work of the legal team in Jordan. He has extensive experience representing clients in various courts within the country, and he excels in drafting case pleadings and memorandums, as well as providing strategic advice to corporations and businesses.

Being recognized as a mentor in the field of legal representation, Eyad is highly skilled in negotiation and assists clients in reaching settlements, agreements, and contracts. He ensures that thorough research and investigations are conducted by the team whenever the firm takes on a client's lawsuit. This approach allows for the acquisition of valuable evidence and witness statements, leading to the establishment of strong arguments that benefit the firm's clients.

As a team leader, Eyad inspires and guides junior law professionals with effective communication and supervisory skills. He aids them in developing caseloads that enable efficient handling of complex and intricate cases.

Fahed Al-Adwan is a senior legal counsel who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Al-Israa University, Amman/Jordan in 2010. Fahed has a wide expertise in the field of law and legal advisory which includes drafting of all kind of agreements and contracts, legal representation before all courts in Jordan, developing detailed and effective litigation strategies for each case. Furthermore, Fahed uses his legal knowledge from court’s verdicts and applicable laws to enhance client’s positions for all the lawsuits which he handles, be it written or verbal application. He has expertise in the field of real estate such as managing proper and smooth sale and purchase transactions of properties and transfer of title ownership from one party to another in accordance with the applicable laws and legal requirements.

Fahed has a strong personality and communication skills that allows him to express and show his ability in the field of law. The long years if experience allows him to be more equipped and knowledgeable in dealing with the clients.

Yumna Ibrahim is a legal counsel who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Al Al-Bayt University, Amman/Jordan in 2018. Yumna has expertise in drafting pleadings, petitions, defenses and objections memos. She also drafts all type of contracts and agreements. Yumna also provide legal consultations to the firm’s clients and assist them in setting up businesses in Jordan and work with them on their corporate governance and compliance.

Yumna liaise with the firm’s clients and assist them in preparing and drafting of wills, undertakings, declarations and assist in the negotiation of any agreements, contracts and settlements without compromising the interests of the clients.
